Blueprint Creative Group is hiring two friendly, professional people to help us run our booth for the day at the MASSBUYS Expo, the Commonwealth's premier business to government event. You will welcome attendees, run a fun booth activation, hold great conversations, and capture the information that helps us follow up. 

The details
Location:  Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA
Date:  Thursday, October 1, 2026, 7:30am - 4pm
Prep:  Short orientation 1 week and again 2 days before the event
Attire:  all black

The requirements
You keep the booth busy and welcoming, run our spin activation, and drive traffic to the booth.

You will:
  • Greet attendees warmly all day and invite them to spin our prize wheel.
  • Capture key details cleanly: name, agency, role, what they are trying to do, and any upcoming need.
  • Hold conversations with buyers, represent Blueprint credibly, and capture the leads that matter.
  • Run the wheel, hand out giveaways, and keep the prize table stocked and tidy.
  • Read the wheel prompt, spark a quick answer, and hand engaged visitors to the onsite manager
  • Invite visitors to add a card to our growth wall and keep the display fresh.
  • Track giveaway counts and flag when stock runs low.

Ideal traits:  outgoing, high energy, and comfortable approaching strangers all day. Retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
